Dana Rogers

Dana is the Vice President of People & Great Work for O.C. Tanner. She has extensive experience in Human Resources, having spent the first 14 years of her career at what is now North Western Energy before joining O.C. Tanner in 2004. Dana is a native of Butte, Montana, and graduated from Montana
Technological University with a degree in Business & Information Technology. She believes passionately in supporting and empowering women to unlock their potential, and it is an honor for her to serve on
Women of the World’s Board of Directors. Dana resides in West Jordan, Utah, with her husband, Ross.

 

Dana is in her happy place when she is spending time with family and friends, hiking, reading, gardening, traveling, attending concerts, and enjoying our National Parks.
