Yaël primarily grew up in the Paris region, France, and graduated from the Université of Paris 8 with a Technical Bachelor’s in Journalism and Online Communications. Back home, she forged her career as a journalist and copywriter in the Tech, Travel and IT Consulting sectors. She then transitioned into patient service (Intermountain Healthcare) and Veteran resource navigator roles when she relocated to the US in early 2019.

Embracing a diverse professional journey, Yaël cultivated her drive to assist individuals in accessing improved, local and customized resources. She ultimately started volunteering as a mentor with Women of the World and is now leveraging her own experiences with U.S. immigration and employment systems, personal insights and professional skills to help the valued clients of WoW as a Case Manager.
