Women of the World celebrates the traditions of our new neighbors, we take pride in our place in the blend of community and culture, and we raise our voices to advocate on behalf of so many still in the process of escaping war and genocide. So it is our honor to invite you to our Celebration of Stepping Up: Women of the World’s 4th Annual Fashion Show Fundraiser.

DONATIONS: We have recently received a very generous matching grant from the Semnani Foundation that will double any money you are willing to give to our tax-exempt organization.
The Women of the World Fashion Show features our new refugee neighbors STEPPING UP in their cultural garb. These women are counting on our friendship and humanity after fleeing violence in the neighborhoods of their birth. Their courage and request for grace encourages us to STEP UP with our hearts open to our shared hopes and dreams as women, mothers, and Utahns.
Fashion is about more than clothing, it is about rituals and history. International women’s day is about more than just women, it is about family and home in all its myriad forms. And your attendance is more than just a thing to do, it is about STEPPING UP — in front of the crowd — and standing for what you believe in, the ideal that makes America great, that we are ALL endowed with the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
